Cathal Duffy, C.E.O. & President, Virtual Tour Photographer (Orlando, FL)
Cathal has always wondered why some businesses operate without putting the customer first. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College and gaining several years experience negotiating supply, service, and construction contracts in the Army and for Orange County Government, Cathal set out to build a world class company that operates with one mission; helping customers be successful. Your Success is Our Business has been our trade mark since day one and it is what makes our company stand out from the others. Ask Cathal what he does and the most likely answer is "We are in business to help our customers become more successful." Since co-founding A&D Marketing Solutions, Inc. with his wife Michelle, Cathal has completed a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Liberty University and is currently earning a Jurist Doctorate (JD) from Barry University School of Law in Orlando in the evenings, and continuingly attends seminars and other continuing education avenues to ensure that our product offerings provide our customers with the most up to date online property marketing solutions to help their businesses grow. Cathal's favorite part of his job is helping small business owners and Realtors get the same level of internet exposure as large businesses through the power of High Quality Virtual Tours.

Michelle Duffy, Co-Founder, Director of Operations & Virtual Tour Photographer, (Palm Coast, FL)
Michelle has always been a hobbyist photographer since a very young age. While majoring in Psychology at Wright State University, Michelle further developed her talent by also studying photography. Several years later when the opportunity came along to merge her passion for photography with her marketing and psychological background, Michelle quickly signed on and helped to establish the highest quality Virtual Tour Company in the industry, A&D Marketing Solutions, Inc. Michelle's favorite part of her job is meeting new customers and helping them increase the success of their business through the power of High Quality Virtual Tours.

Marcus Duffy, Project Manager & Virtual Tour Photographer (Lakeland, FL)
Marcus has been with A&D Marketing Solutions, Inc. since the beginning, mainly because he is the founder's baby brother and works cheap (Please don't tell him about the minimum wage laws!). In his three years with A&D Marketing Solutions, Inc. Marcus has learned every aspect of the Virtual Tour business and has developed a talent at photographing properties and building the Highest Quality Virtual Tours in the industry. Currently Marcus heads our tour building department (by heads, we really mean he is the tour building department) and is responsible for ensuring that all of our Virtual Tours are built with the highest quality standards in the industry. In his "spare time" Marcus attends Florida Southern College majoring in Business Administration where he is on the Cross Country team.

Charles Corsitto, Virtual Tour Photographer & Sales Weasel, (Palm Coast, FL)
Charlie has been with A&D Marketing Solutions, Inc. for almost one year and holds the unique distinction of being the only non-family member in the company, which essentially means he is probably the hardest working and most talented photographer on staff since we hired him for his photographic skills rather than his last name. Charlie enjoys his position as a Virtual Tour Photographer and has recently admitted that he can no longer enter a new house or property when off duty, without visually picturing how best to photograph it for a Virtual Tour. We are currently researching various psychological institutions that can help him with this condition, but in the mean time, we feel blessed that he is so dedicated to capturing the absolute best images to ensure your Virtual Tour is the best it can be.

Chris Allen, Virtual Tour Photographer & Sales Weasel, (Orange City, FL)
Chris has been with A&D Marketing Solutions, Inc. for several years, working previously in our Dayton office. While working in Dayton, during the winter months Chris constantly had to reschedule his Virtual Tours because of that foreign substance Northerners refer to as "Snow". So after viewing hundreds of our Virtual Tours from Central Florida, Chris decided he had enough snow! So we closed our Dayton office and Chris jumped on I75 and moved south to Orange City, Florida. Now you're probably wondering why his last name is Allen, yet we said Charlie held the unique distinction of being the only non-family member in the company??? Turns out Chris is part of the family as he is Michelle's brother, so I guess we could say he holds the unique distinction of being the only "non-Duffy" family member of the company? Either way, Chris strives to provide our customers with the highest quality Virtual Tours in the industry.

Donal Duffy, Virtual Tour Photographer & Sales Weasel, (Tampa, FL)
Donal is the newest addition to the company and handles Virtual Tour Photography for our Tampa office. And yes, his last name is Duffy. Donal's background is in Music having graduated from Capital University with a Bachelors Degree in Music Education and spending six years serving in the Army National Guard both as a Musician and a Clerk. You may be wondering what a Musical background has to do with Virtual Tour Photography, we wonder the same thing, but at the end of the day, Donal is a skilled Virtual Tour photographer and is committed to ensuring your property looks the absolute best it can look.

Ciara is another new addition to our staff and is the cheery voice you hear at the other end of the phone when you call our office. Ciara handles all of our Virtual Tour scheduling and billing and is also the one who sends out those annoying, yet useful, reminder e-mails.
